Lead Clinical Nurse — Dementia & Care Team

Athena Care Homes’ Goodwins Hall Care Home is seeking a Clinical Care Lead to oversee clinical governance, care delivery and dementia care across the home. You will lead the clinical team, ensure high standards, and mentor staff while maintaining resident-focused relationship centred care.

The role requires a qualified RN/RGN/RMN with at least two years’ leadership experience and a proven track record in dementia care.
