Estimator – Construction Fit-Out (Chartership)

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Estimator (Construction/Fitout) in Liverpool to own pre-construction activities for high-value commercial fit-out projects. You’ll prepare tender packs, take-offs and BOQs, price tenders, and ensure competitive cost planning, working closely with PMs, clients and suppliers.

This office-based role offers Chartership support, long-term career progression and a Monday–Friday 8:15am–5:15pm schedule, with £45,000–£55,000 salary.
