In-House Childcare Advocate (Higher Rights) – Family and High Court

CRA Consulting is partnering with a South Yorkshire Local Authority to appoint an experienced In-House Childcare Advocate. The role focuses on advocacy in Family Court and High Court, within a supportive childcare legal team, handling complex care proceedings and providing strategic legal guidance.

The ideal candidate will hold Higher Rights of Audience, have strong Childcare Law expertise, and be able to work across a hybrid working model within a Local Authority environment.
