Clinical Lead: Lead Nursing for Complex Care

Kingsley Specialist Services is seeking a Clinical Lead to work closely with nurses and carers, maintaining top clinical standards in our homes. You will be supported by the management team to deliver excellent nursing and clinical care, while actively contributing to all clinical delivery.

You will report to the Home Manager and ensure compliance with safeguarding, audits, and CQC requirements, while training and mentoring staff to uphold best nursing practice.
