Clarence Park Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to support the Home Manager in clinical and operational oversight. You will deliver safe, person-centred care to residents with complex needs, lead nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement.
