Engineering & Facilities Leader – FMCG Manufacturing

Marmion is seeking an Engineering, Utilities & Facilities Manager for our Harrogate site. The role leads Engineering, Utilities and Facilities, driving safety, efficiency and performance with strong focus on continuous improvement and CapEx control.

The candidate will develop the engineering team, partner with Production, and report to the Ops Director as part of the Plant Leadership Team, delivering KPI-driven outcomes across SQCDME areas.
