Lead Paediatric HDU Nurse – Critical Care Leadership

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust in Coventry is seeking an experienced nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for critically ill and high-dependency paediatric patients within the HDU/Level 2 Critical Care environment.

The post holder will lead and supervise the nursing team, role model best practice, and support the ward leadership team to maintain patient safety, family-centred care and excellent service delivery.
