Clarion Housing in Guildford, Surrey, is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative (Carpenter/Plumber) to join our responsive property maintenance team. This full-time role covers Guildford and Bracknell, with a 40-hour week and a permanent contract.

The salary is £34,359 – £42,759 per year, with a £40,000 headline, plus van, tools and a company bonus scheme; overtime is regular. We expect experience across trades and the ability to deliver a first-class service across our properties.
