Progresso Search is recruiting a Head of Sales to lead franchise growth for a portfolio of QSR brands in the UK. You will shape the franchise sales strategy, recruit and mentor Development Managers, and own the pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
Based in London with hybrid work, you will partner with Operations, Finance and Growth teams to maximise market penetration and profitability while delivering ambitious expansion targets.
