Winter Gritter Driver (Class 2) – Flexible, Zero-Hours

Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting a Winter Maintenance Driver for Buckinghamshire on a zero hours contract. The role involves operating winter gritters, carrying out vehicle inspections and playing a key part in keeping roads safe during winter months.

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, respond to adverse weather, and operate on a standby rota with availability every other week. Evenings, nights, weekends and early mornings shifts are possible, reflecting the needs of the service.
