Director, GTM People Partner for High-Growth Sales

FloQast is seeking a Director, People Business Partner (GTM) to act as a strategic partner to FloQast’s GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will report to the VP of People and drive organizational health and high performance.

This role requires working in the office 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. You will shape talent strategy, succession planning, and change management to enable rapid growth in a SaaS environment.
