Head of Sales, Europe – Luxury Beverages Growth

MacGregor Black, in partnership with a leading Luxury Beverages business, is seeking a Head of Sales (Europe) based in London. You will lead international commercial strategy, drive distributor partnerships and guide a small team across Europe, ensuring growth in On Trade and Off Trade channels.

You will shape European sales strategy, identify opportunities, and align closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to execute market plans while safeguarding premium brand positioning.
