Head of Commercial Operations & Enablement

FNZ is seeking a Head of Commercial Office in the UK to lead the operational backbone of its commercial engine. This senior role ensures client facing teams operate at peak effectiveness, removing friction and accelerating the sales and client lifecycle.

You will own the Commercial Office, build a high-performing team, manage CRM governance (Dynamics), and develop a rigorous reporting cadence with executive visibility. This is a strategic hands-on leadership role at the heart of FNZ’s growth.
