Charge Nurse – Elderly Care Ward, Day & Night Leadership

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a substantive Ward 406 post. Ward 406 is a care of the elderly ward in our acute hospital, where you will support the Senior Sister, maintain high standards of care, and lead the care delivery on day and night shifts.

We are seeking compassionate, dynamic and flexible leaders with post‑registration experience in an acute setting, excellent clinical and communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.
