Commercial Counsel — Growth & M&A (Hybrid, 12m)

European passenger transport business is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its Group Legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting late August/September. The role covers the UK and Europe, including M&A activity, major tenders, commercial contracts and corporate acquisitions.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, with corporate/commercial/M&A experience, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, commercial approach.
