Strategic Governance Lead (Part-Time) – Education Trust

Initio Learning Trust seeks a part-time Head of Governance to join the central team. Permanent contract, 24 hours per week over 41 working weeks (term time, plus 2 weeks).

Based at Broadstone, you will lead governance, ensuring legal compliance and high performance, drive digital transformation, and provide strategic policy development and regulatory assurance for a mature multi‑academy trust. Closing date 27 August 2026, interviews w/c 7 September 2026.
