Senior Sales Director, Live Production & AV

AV Hiring Usa is seeking a Sales Director to lead revenue growth for our live production division in the UK. Based in Poole, you will manage end-to-end sales cycles, nurture strategic relationships, and drive profitability for complex AV projects across the UK and Europe.

You will leverage a strong network, deep production industry knowledge, and a track record of closing large opportunities, while guiding a sales team to hit ambitious targets and maintain excellent client service.
