Insight Select is helping a fast-growing international organisation hire a Legal Counsel (Contracts & Compliance) in the UK. The role focuses on commercial contracts, compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions, with hybrid or remote options.
You will draft and negotiate client and supplier agreements, manage the contract lifecycle, support proposals and tenders, and assist with data protection and regulatory compliance while coordinating with external advisers.
