Ward Manager & Quality Lead: Lead Care Excellence

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Ward Manager for Victoria Gardens in Huyton, Liverpool. Working 37.5 hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with occasional weekends, you will lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality care, manage on-call service and ward budgets, and role-model professional behaviour to staff.

You will bring NHS or private sector leadership experience, NMC registration, and a genuine commitment to compassionate, evidence-based practice.
