VP, Private Credit & Direct Lending – London

Citi London is seeking a VP-level candidate to join the Spread Products team within the Single Name Lending business. The role focuses on origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions, with structuring and term sheet drafting, as well as transaction management.

The ideal candidate will lead transactions, perform corporate credit analysis, and bring deep knowledge of fixed income products, market analysis, and risk management.
