The successful candidate will support fee earners across a varied caseload of contentious probate, property litigation and commercial litigation matters, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious paralegal looking to broaden their experience within a busy and supportive team.

The Role
n
You will assist with a wide range of litigation matters including:
n
- n
- Contentious probate disputes
- Property litigation, including boundary disputes, rights of way and landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial litigation and contract disputes
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and third parties
- Assisting with court deadlines, disclosure and case management
- Supporting solicitors throughout the litigation process from instruction through to resolution

What We're Looking For

- n
- Previous litigation paralegal experience, ideally gained within contentious probate, property litigation, commercial litigation or a broad civil litigation team
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and client care skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your workload
- Ambition to develop your litigation career within a supportive environment
