Glen Callum Associates in the Midlands is seeking a Senior Sales Director to own the distribution channel across aftermarket and industrial distributors. You will lead a dedicated field sales team, drive strategy, mentor managers, and accelerate revenue in a hi-tech manufacturing environment.

Ideal applicants are customer- and people-centric, comfortable with multi-sector exposure (Industrial, Engineering, Automotive), and capable of commuting to Warwickshire/Leicestershire/Northamptonshire.
