Head of Sales (Food FMCG) – Hybrid, UK & Intl Travel

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Sales for a well-established UK food manufacturer. The role is predominantly home-based with meetings in West Yorkshire and quarterly international travel to explore new business opportunities.

You will lead a six-person sales team, own the UK sales function, drive revenue and profitability, manage the sales budget, and collaborate with operations and production to ensure strong performance. Salary £60k-£85k plus bonus.
