Head of FM – Prison Estate & Hard Services Leader

Mitie is recruiting an experienced Head of FM to lead Hard Services across a prison estate, onsite at Millsike Prison, York. You will ensure safe, compliant, high‑performing FM delivery while building strong relationships with HMPPS and stakeholders.

You’ll own performance, risk, and budgets in a complex, regulated environment, leading teams and driving value through lifecycle planning and continuous improvement.
