As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition, expanding key accounts and leading a team of Regional Sales Managers. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and ensure commercial success across your region.
We’re looking for a commercially astute leader with a proven track record of delivering sales growth in a B2B environment. You’ll bring strong leadership, coaching and negotiation skills, alongside the ability to influence at all levels and translate strategic vision into measurable results. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing large customer portfolios is highly desirable.
