Absolute Recruit is seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the performance and strategic direction of a diverse UK real estate portfolio in Greater London. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee asset strategy, operational performance, leasing and capital expenditure across commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets.
You will develop long-term asset strategies, identify value-add opportunities and present recommendations to the board.
