Head of Property & Retail Estate Strategy

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Head of Property to shape a growing national estate across the UK and ROI. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the property strategy, oversee store acquisitions, refurbishments, facilities management and maintenance for retail and office space.

You will influence business growth, drive strategic property decisions and collaborate with a senior leadership team to deliver value, compliance and long-term estate planning.
