We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- 6+ years’ real estate acquisitions experience
- A strong track record sourcing and executing logistics investments
- Excellent underwriting and financial modelling skills
- An established network across brokers, investors and advisers
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish would be a significant advantage.
