Senior Thrive Trainer – Lead High-Impact Training

Judicium seeks a Thrive Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions, updating course materials and ensuring high quality delivery across multiple sites. You will support licensing for new and returning trainers while aiding customers in embedding Thrive practices post-training.

The role requires 3+ years in training, exceptional facilitation, and proficiency with Zoom/Teams and LMS tools. Travel to partner networks may be required.
