Counterbalance Forklift Driver – 4 On 4 Off

Overview

FORKLIFT TRUCK DRIVER – 4 on 4 off shift. Norwich-based role in a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment. Full-time ongoing work with 4 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 nights on and 4 nights off.

Salary: £15.40–£16.07 per hour. Overtime rate is 1.5 times basic.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift in a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Collect and move stock efficiently
• Record pallet movements to maintain accurate inventory logs
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
• Maintain general housekeeping in the work area

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance forklift certificate with experience
• Experience with Reach Truck and/or Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work rotating shifts (4 on, 4 off) including nights
• Experience in a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment
