Cover Supervisor — Shape Learning, Part-Time with CPD

Philip Morant School and College in Colchester is seeking a Cover Supervisor to support classes in the absence of a teacher, ensuring good standards of behaviour for learning and student engagement with the work set. The role requires commitment to our vision and values, and to support staff and students in a calm and orderly environment.

The position is part-time, 31.25 hours per week (8:05am–3:05pm, Monday to Friday) over 39 weeks per year, including non-pupil days.
