Work & Health Coach: Empower Lives in North Cumbria

Cumbria Health is seeking a dedicated Work and Health Coach to support the North Cumbria WorkWell programme. You will assess needs, provide specialist employment advice, and help participants overcome barriers to employment, including those on long-term sickness.

You will work from community sites in Carlisle, Penrith, Workington and Whitehaven, with flexible patterns including full-time and part-time arrangements. The fixed-term contract runs until October 2026, with potential extension.
