Malmaison is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor in Dundee. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, helping manage flow and coordinating with Kitchen and management to ensure a superb dining experience for guests. Flexible shift patterns apply as we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
