Store Operations Lead & Team Coach

Levi Strauss & Co. in Exeter seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help drive sales, lead the team, and ensure store operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver KPIs, coach staff, and uphold the Levi’s brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and a proactive approach to stock, visuals, and administrative tasks. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected as part of the schedule.
