Term-Time Learning Support Assistant — Inspire Students

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school in Nailsea. The role is term-time only, supporting the Student Welfare team and pupils with additional educational needs.

You will work closely with teachers to adapt teaching and help students access the curriculum and stay engaged during lessons. The ideal candidate will have GCSEs at C or above in English and Maths, experience with children or young people, strong ICT skills, and excellent communication.
