Career Coach for Inclusive Employment & CV Prep

Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to work across Folkestone, Hythe and Dover. This full-time role (35 hours per week) offers a salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.

You will help people facing barriers to employment, supporting confidence, Application of job searches and interview prep. You will provide one-to-one and group sessions, build links with employers, and support inclusive workplaces with reasonable adjustments.
