Remote Payments Operations Specialist

Tem-Energy in the United Kingdom is hiring a Payments Customer Service Contractor on a 6‑month contract to support our payments team with customer engagement via email and phone.

You will manage tickets, reach out to chase unpaid invoices, set up payment plans, and clearly spell out consequences for non-payment, while the permanent team focuses on automation and process improvements.
