MP Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator for the Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire. Hybrid, full-time role supporting the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission, with close collaboration across technical experts, project managers and business development professionals.

You will coordinate end-to-end bids, ensure on-time, high-quality responses, and help with qualification decisions, content development and continuous improvement of bidding processes.
