Commis Chef Apprentice — Learn & Earn in a Busy Kitchen

The Wykeham Arms, part of Fuller’s, offers a Commis Chef Apprenticeship under the Fuller’s Chefs’ Guild. You will learn every aspect of food preparation while studying one day per week at a partner college and working four days a week in Fuller’s kitchens or hotels, under Head Chefs’ mentorship.

You’ll gain world‑class training, with paid college time, plus extensive on‑the-job supervision and plans to develop into senior kitchen roles.
