Lead Groundworker – Civils & Machinery (Glasgow)

First People Solutions is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a permanent basis in the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will have a strong civils background and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key requirements include several years’ groundworks experience, on-site leadership, and essential machine operator tickets, with a full UK driving licence preferred.
