Who we are looking for
As a Support Worker, we are looking for an enthusiastic person who will enjoy joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to live an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will also promote health and well‑being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
You may have a background or understanding of supporting autistic people, but if not we provide great training and a friendly team to support you every step of the way.
