Routes Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle to travel to clients’ homes across South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and support with medications while maintaining dignity and respect.
Role requires a valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and at least 3 months of paid care experience in the UK. Part-time and full-time shifts available, with weekend work as needed.
