Learning Support Assistant — Empower Students Daily

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Waterloo Lodge School in Chorley. The role involves supporting teachers, delivering personalised assistance to pupils, and helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

We’re looking for applicants who are patient, resilient and able to build positive relationships with children. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, permanent and term-time only, starting September 2026.
