Counterbalance FLT Driver & Production Operative (Long-Term)

QS Recruitment is recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative in Heckington for a well‑established food manufacturing business. The role combines forklift work (20%) with production line and warehouse duties (80%), on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will support the production line, move stock, and maintain food safety standards. Working Monday–Friday on day shifts with 48‑60 hour weeks and overtime after 48 hours.
