Driver Care Assistant — Own Vehicle, Flexible Shifts

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant – Driver with Own Vehicle to travel to clients’ homes across Gosforth and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, support with medication, and assist with meals, often working solo or in a two-person team depending on client needs.

Full-time and part-time hours are available. Access to a car and a full UK driving licence are required, as is at least 3 months of paid care experience in the UK.
