Trainee FMCG Production Operator — Full Training, Day Shift

Reed in Ballyclare is seeking a Trainee Production Operative in FMCG. This role involves operating basic production line machinery, checking quality and maintaining hygiene in the factory. Full training will be provided as you join a friendly, growing team.

You’ll work Monday to Friday on day shifts, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; what matters most is reliability and willingness to learn.
