Wine Sales Concierge — Customer Experience Champion

Majestic Wine in Milton Keynes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the store team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be involved in day-to-day store operations, stock handling and VIP customer contact.

The role requires excellent time management, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn wine knowledge, including pursuing WSET Level 2. Evening and weekend availability, a full UK driving licence, and a passion for wine are essential.
