Assistant Manager, Hospitality Lead — London

Vacherin is seeking an Assistant Manager for our prestigious London site. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts from 7:30am to 6:30pm. The position offers a £33,000 annual salary plus event overtime at a premium.

You will lead a combined FOH/BOH team and report to the General Manager on site. You will manage inventories, budgets and action plans, handle tills and payments, and train staff to deliver exceptional service.
