Head Chef – Lead High-Volume University Catering

Gather and Gather in Oxford is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at Oxford Brookes University. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop seasonal menus with the Executive Chef, and oversee service for up to 1,500 covers across retail and hospitality outlets.

Candidates should have senior contract catering experience, proven leadership of large teams, strong food safety and stock control knowledge, and the ability to deliver retail and hospitality services.
