High-Volume Catering Chef de Partie

Green & Fortune is seeking a Catering Chef de Partie to support a busy, internal staff restaurant at One Southwark Bridge, serving up to 2,500 meals daily in London. You will join a dynamic kitchen team and contribute to menu development, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll manage sections, ensure consistent presentation, uphold food safety standards, and help train junior team members.
